In my coaching practice, I am committed to supporting, educating, and assisting individuals and groups as they embark on their own radical self-care journeys. My approach is holistic. This means that I see individuals as full energetic beings who need to not only care for their bodies but benefit from cultivating healthy spiritual and energetic lives, as well as healthy relationships at an individual, community, and universal level in order to fully enjoy a healthy state of well-being.
Building a meaningful life, whatever our health “status”, requires singular and mindful, attention–radical self-care. First we must develop the wisdom and “muscle” to resist the social, economic, and energic pressures to comply, conform, and ultimately damage our well-being. Then we must design our own strategies to truly care for ourselves. Finally, we must implement and sustain our plans. But the pressures working against us are intense and this isn’t easy. Without support, making changes in our lives is often a fruitless, demoralizing task. I’m here to provide that support.
Radical Self Care is living with and acting on the imperative that we care for ourselves—completely and absolutely before we attempt to help others. We must fill our own well first and then share the overflow with others. It’s this capacity for self-care that allows us to serve the common good and gives us the strength to resist the social, economic, and energetic pressures to comply and conform. It allows us to remain true to our authentic selves >>MORE
